Biomes and brews, Atlanta, Dec 6
Interested in the microbiome and beer? Then join us for a fun evening at Orpheus Brewing! Our panel of QIAGEN, Kennesaw State University and Orpheus Brewing experts will talk about our project where we used QIAGEN’s DNeasy PowerSoil Pro and QIAseq FX DNA Library Kits and QIAseq 16S/ITS Screening Panels to determine the community composition of the mother culture and barrel-aged wild fermentations within the brewery.
