QIAGEN, in partnership with the University of Auckland’s Precision Medicine Initiative, Grafton Clinical Genomics and MGI, is proud to offer New Zealander research scientists, principal investigators and post-doctoral scientists working on cancer research the chance to apply to qualify for a New Zealand Oncology Research Grant valued at over $22,000 NZD.

About the grant:

The winner must submit 12 samples to Grafton Clinical Genomics, University of Auckland

Samples will be processed by Grafton Clinical Genomics using QIAGEN AllPrep kits and prepared into sequencing libraries using the QIAseq Multimodal HT Pan-Cancer Panel

Sequencing will be carried out by Grafton Clinical Genomics utilising the MGI DNBSEQ-G400 Sequencing platform
